I can’t log in or can’t remember my password.

If you are having trouble logging in or cannot remember your password, click 'Log In' in the main menu, then click 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email address and you will receive an email shortly that will allow you to reset your password.

How do you process payouts?

We process payouts for each month's submissions on the 10th day of the following month. Payout Options 1. PayPal 2. Direct Deposit (must have US bank account) Payouts for Ticket Sales are sent 3 days after your event ends. PayPal is recommended and used by the majority of our festivals, as it is the quickest and easiest way to be paid. Please note PayPal charges a small transaction fee (1%). Direct Deposit is available for customers with United States bank accounts and takes 3 to 4 business days to settle. Please note our direct deposit processor charges a small transaction fee (0.5% capped at a maximum of $10). The minimum payout balance is $75. Payout balances under $75 are paid at the conclusion of your event, immediately upon request. To update your Payout Information, go to 'Account Settings' > 'Payout Information'.

Is my online screener secure?

Absolutely. By default, only you and festivals you submit to can view your projects. We use industry-leading technology to assure that your online screeners are streamed securely and cannot be downloaded or shared without your express permission. If a festival requests to download your source file for screening at the festival, you may authorize this action with the click of a button, on a case by case basis, at your sole discretion. But we don't have responsibility in case of unauthorized downloading
